ASIN is the Amazon Standard Identification Number. Amazon ASIN codes are automatically assigned to every product created on Amazon.
Therefore, a listing or product is often called an ASIN. ASINs always start with “B0” and are ten digits long. Amazon ASIN codes identify products or listings on their website, and they can be found on the product detail page for that item. When you add all products to Amazon, an ASIN is created for all products
Amazon Asin Barcode Label Size
- Barcode height: The minimum height of the barcode should be 0.25 inches (6.35 mm).
- Barcode color: The barcode must be black to ensure clear contrast.
- Barcode margins: There must be enough blank space around the barcode to prevent interference. Amazon recommends leaving at least 0.25 inches (6.35 mm) of margin around barcodes.
- Barcode ratio: The width and height ratio of the barcode must be between 1.3:1 and 2.9:1.
- Font and size: The font on the barcode must be a standard font, and the font size must be consistent.
Making sure your barcodes meet these size requirements will help ensure they are recognized and scanned correctly in Amazon warehouses
