Amazon cooperates with Sun Country Airlines

On July 9, Amazon announced the expansion of its air cargo network and reached a new agreement with Sun Country Airlines to operate 8 more Boeing 747 freighters until 2030, with an option to extend to 2037. This move will bring Sun Country’s Amazon air cargo business to 20 freighters, with the first additional aircraft expected to be put into operation in the first quarter of next year, and all eight aircraft are expected to be put into operation in the third quarter of 2025
